1. Who we are

Apna Sanatan is a brand and platform operated by Inddev Innovation Studio Private Limited (“Inddev”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U96906HR2025PTC128869, GSTIN 06AAICI0521R1ZD, and its registered office at Innov8 Orchid Center, 3rd Floor, Orchid Center DLF QE, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Apna Sanatan website at apnasanatan.com, our mobile applications, and any related services we make available (collectively, the Platform). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.

3. What we offer

Apna Sanatan brings together six categories of service under one roof:

• Astrology, occult and consultations. Paid voice, video and chat sessions with verified astrologers and practitioners.
• Yoga, wellness and content. Editorial content, courses and wellness services.
• Info-media directories. Listings and editorial coverage of temples, ashrams and gurus.
• Pilgrimage and travel. Curated yatra packages and travel services.
• Marketplace. Devotional products such as rudraksh, gemstones, prayer beads, puja samagri and idols.
• Events and community. Online and offline events and community features.

Some services are operated directly by us. Others are provided by third parties through our Platform — for example, individual astrologers, content creators, and merchants. Where a third party is the actual service provider, we act as an intermediary and a technology platform, and the underlying service contract is between you and that provider.

4. Your account

You sign in using a WhatsApp OTP sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your mobile device, OTP and login session secure. Activity on your account is treated as yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are involved in fraud or chargeback abuse, or that we are required to suspend by law.

5. The Punya wallet

Many services on the Platform are paid for from a stored-value wallet called Punya. One Punya equals one Indian Rupee.

The Punya wallet is a closed-loop instrument issued by us, redeemable only against services and goods on the Apna Sanatan Platform. It is not a prepaid payment instrument under the Reserve Bank of India's PPI Master Direction; it cannot be transferred, withdrawn to a bank account, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Platform.

Bonus Punya credited as part of a promotional offer (for example, first-recharge bonuses) is non-withdrawable and is forfeited if your account is closed or terminated.

6. Consultations

Consultations with astrologers and practitioners are conducted over the Platform via call, video or chat. The astrologer is an independent professional and not our employee. Their guidance is based on traditional Vedic and allied systems and is offered for reflective, cultural and informational purposes.

Astrological consultations are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you are dealing with a medical, mental-health, legal or financial question, please consult a qualified professional in that field.

Sessions are billed per minute against your Punya balance at the rate displayed before you start the session. A session begins when the astrologer connects and ends when either party disconnects.

7. The marketplace

Products listed in the marketplace are sold by Inddev or by partner merchants. The applicable price, description, taxes and any category-specific limitations appear on the product page at the time of purchase. Shipping arrangements, delivery windows and the non-returnable categories are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Payments

Payments on the Platform are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators. We currently support, subject to availability:

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and other UPI apps)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
• Net banking from major Indian banks
• Selected digital wallets

We do not store full card or banking credentials on our servers; that information is held by the payment aggregator under their PCI DSS compliance. The payment aggregator's own terms apply to the payment leg of every transaction.

All prices on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless clearly stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.

9. Content on the Platform

Articles, panchang, scripture commentary, audio, video and other editorial content are made available for personal, non-commercial reading. You may not republish, scrape, redistribute or train machine-learning models on our content without written permission.

Content submitted by you — reviews, profile information, kundli inputs — remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

10. What you must not do

You agree not to use the Platform to: post unlawful, defamatory, obscene or hateful content; impersonate another person; circumvent any security measure or rate limit; introduce malware; scrape or copy data in bulk; abuse, threaten or harass any astrologer, merchant, user or member of our team; or attempt to commit payment fraud, including chargeback abuse where the service was clearly delivered.

11. Intellectual property

The Apna Sanatan name, logo, designs, code, original editorial content, and all related rights are owned by Inddev. Trademarks and copyrights of third parties referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty about uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of any prediction, the fitness of any product for a particular purpose, or the outcome of any consultation. Spiritual and astrological guidance is inherently subjective and cultural in nature.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inddev's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inddev, its directors, employees and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

15. Grievance officer (IT Rules, 2021)

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the following person is appointed as our Grievance Officer:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to dispose of them within 15 days of receipt.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published at this URL, dated above. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice through the Platform or by email. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any statutory consumer protection rights you may have, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
