- Failed Transactions: If the amount is debited but the order or service is not confirmed, the full refund will be initiated automatically to the original payment method.
2. Non-Refundable Services

- If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.
4. Cancellation Policy
For E-commerce Purchases
- Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
- Once an item has been shipped, users must follow the Return & Refund process for resolution.
5. Refund Timeline
- Instant Refunds (in rare cases, processed within 24 hours) apply to canceled consultations and payment failures.
- Standard Refunds (7-10 business days) apply for e-commerce returns and general service-related refunds.
- Bank Processing Delays may apply for refunds to credit/debit cards or UPI accounts, and Apna Sanatan is not responsible for third-party delays.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
