1. Where we ship
Apna Sanatan currently ships marketplace orders within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. PIN codes outside our serviceable network may occasionally be unavailable; if a PIN code can't be served you'll see this at checkout and won't be charged.
2. Delivery windows
Standard delivery to most Indian addresses is 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote or hilly regions may take 7 to 10 business days. Orders placed before 2pm IST on a business day are typically processed for dispatch the same day; orders placed later or on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Made-to-order, personalised, or ritually energised items follow the timeline shown on the product page, which is usually 5 to 15 business days plus the standard delivery window.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free for orders of ₹599 and above. For smaller orders, a flat shipping charge is added at checkout based on the destination PIN code; the exact amount is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Bulky or fragile items — large brass and panchaloha murtis, oversized framed yantras — may carry a small additional handling fee, also disclosed at checkout.
4. Carriers
We use reputed domestic logistics partners to deliver across India. The specific carrier is chosen at dispatch based on serviceability and reliability for your destination PIN. You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp once your order is handed over to the courier.
5. Cash on delivery
We do not currently offer cash on delivery. All orders are pre-paid via UPI, cards, net banking or supported wallets through our RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
6. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you can track your order from the Orders screen in your account or by tapping the tracking link in your dispatch email and WhatsApp message. We also send transit updates at key stages — out for delivery, delivered, or any exception that needs your attention.
7. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before you place the order. We can update the address only while the order is unshipped; once a courier has picked up the package the address is fixed. If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out before re-dispatching; a second dispatch attempt may carry an additional shipping charge.
8. If your package is damaged or lost
Damaged on arrival
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a short photo or video of the parcel before opening it where possible, and write to care@apnasanatan.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund per the Refund Policy.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after dispatch, write to us. We'll file a trace with the carrier and, once confirmed lost, either re-ship the order or refund you in full.
Marked delivered but not received
If the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours, your building security, or the delivery agent shown in the tracking. Write to us within 24 hours of the “delivered” status if you still can't locate it; we'll investigate with the carrier.
9. Returns and reverse pickup
For items eligible for return under our Refund Policy, we arrange a free reverse pickup at the same address. If reverse pickup isn't available for your PIN, we'll guide you to ship the package through a courier of your choice and reimburse standard shipping charges on confirmation of dispatch.
