Lord Brahma

Lord Brahma is the creator in the Hindu Trimurti (alongside Vishnu and Shiva). He is credited with the creation of the universe and all living beings. He was born from a lotus emerging from Lord Vishnu’s navel.

About Lord Brahma

Lord Brahma, the Creator of the Universe, is depicted with four faces, each symbolizing the four Vedas and the omniscient nature of divine knowledge. His serene visage reflects wisdom, and he holds sacred objects such as the Kamandalu, Vedas, a rosary, and a lotus. Seated on a lotus or a swan, his aura radiates purity and cosmic authority. Despite being the creator, Brahma is rarely worshipped independently, symbolizing detachment from the material world once creation is set in motion. His consort, Goddess Saraswati, complements him as the deity of wisdom and learning, emphasizing his role as the origin of knowledge and the manifest universe.
